FRANK M. DORENKAMPER
OLEAN - Frank M. Dorenkamper of Anderson Rd. died Saturday June 22, 2002 at the Olean General Hospital. Mr. Dorenkamper was born in Jamestown, NY on January 24, 1925. He was employed for over 30 years at Dresser-Clark prior to his retirement. He was an artist and enjoyed hand carving wood for gunstocks. He is survived by three sons, Robert (Tina) Hamilton of Rochester, NY, Matthew (Amy) Dorenkamper of West Clarksville and Michael Dorenkamper of Olean; a daughter, Alicia Dorenkamper of Olean; four grandchildren and one sister, Jane Davis of California. He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Friends will be received on Wednesday June 26, 2002 at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Road, Olean from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at which time funeral and committal services will be conducted. Rev. Richard Keel, Chaplain at the Olean General Hospital will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Olean. Memorials may be made to Homecare and Hospice, 1225 West State Street, Olean or to a charity of the donor's choice.
