RICHETTA A. ORSINI OLEAN - Richetta A. Orsini of 308 West Water Street died Monday July 8, 2002 at the Olean General Hospital following a long illness. Born in Olean on June 14, 1929 she was a daughter of Vincent and Andreanna Crisafulli Orsini. Miss Orsini was a graduate of Olean High School and has been a lifelong Olean resident. She was a member of St. John's Church. She is survived by one sister Carmella M. Swartz of Olean, one brother Joseph J. (Mary) Orsini of Alexandria, VA and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother Lawrence N. Orsini in 1998 and one sister Livia M. Orsini in 1986. Friends will be received on Tuesday July 9, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Road Olean. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday July 10, 2002 beginning with a prayer service at the funeral home at 11:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM at St. John's Church. Msgr. William Wangler, pastor will be celebrant. Burial and committal services will be at St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. A vigil wake service will be held Tuesday at 8:45pm in the funeral home.
