Deborah A. Cousins Olean, NY—Deborah A. Cousins, 53, of 970 Hartwig Rd. passed away Tuesday (February 20, 2007) in her home after a long illness. Born August 10, 1953 in Cuba, NY she was the daughter of Joseph and Harriet French Neff. On October 26, 1974 in Olean she married William Cousins, Jr. who survives. Mrs. Cousins was a graduate of Olean High School and had lived in the Olean area all of her life. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Surviving besides her husband are 1 son William J. Cousins, III of Indiana; 1 granddaughter Lydia Cousins; 2 sisters Merrie (Kenneth) Hillman of Cuba, Renee (John) Jobe of Hinsdale; 2 brothers Brad (Marilyn) Neff of Tarpon Springs, FL and Eugene (Elaine) Neff of Chestnut Mountain, GA and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by 2 brothers Terry Neff in 1994 and Karl Neff on December 6, 2006 Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held Friday (February 23, 2007) at 11:00am in the funeral home. Rev. Bert Tidlund will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery Veterans Field of Honor in Olean.
