Claire (Clara) M. Larson
Allegany—Claire (Clara) M. Larson of 2228 Sheldon Drive Allegany, passed away Sunday October 14, 2007 at Buffalo General Hospital after a brief illness.
Born August 3, 1924 in Salamanca, she was the daughter of Joseph F. and Frances Pawlowski Urbanski.
Clara was employed at St. Francis hospital as a licensed practical nursel for many years. She enjoyed animals and cooking and was a member of St. Bonaventure Church.
Surviving are a special friend and companion of many years Frank Zremski of Allegany; a son James (Mary) !DeBoy, of Mesa AZ; 3 grandchildren James !DeBoy, Jesse !DeBoy and Alyssa Hall, all of Mesa, AZ; 2 brothers Frank Urbanski and John Urbanski of Salamanca and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by 3 sisters Anna, Sophie and Veronica and 1 brother Joseph.
Friends will be received at Casey, Halwig& Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Road Olean, on Thursday from 4-8 pm. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home beginning at 9:30am on Friday (October 19, 2007) followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Bonaventure Church, Rev. Richard Husted, OFM, pastor will be celebrant. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
Memorials if desired can be made to St. Bonaventure Church or to Cattaraugus County SPCA 2944 Olean-Hinsdale Road, Olean.
