PATRICIA A. CHIZEWICK
"Loving Mother and Grandmother"
OLEAN - Patricia A. Chizewick of 350 Front Street died Thursday January 27, 2005 at the Olean General Hospital. Born in Olean on May 24, 1928 she was a daughter of Mervin E. and Ruby I. Jordan Baldwin. She married Emil J. Chizewick who predeceased her June 12, 1979.
Mrs. Chizewick was employed for Acme Electric for 35 years retiring August 1, 1991. She was a member of Hillside Wesleyan Church and a former member of the Olean Senior League.
She is survived by two sons, Emil Chizewick of Allegany and Kenneth (Velma) Chizewick of Eldred, PA; a daughter Kathy Stomierosky of Hickory, NC; six grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a brother Howard (Mona) Baldwin of South Dayton, NY; a sister Arlene Hartwig of Olean and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a sister June !DeGraff and two brothers, Ronald Baldwin and Charles Baldwin.
There will be no public visitations. Friends are invited to attend a memorial graveside service on Saturday February 5, 2005 at 11:00 AM at St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Rev. Rick Long, pastor of Hillside Wesleyan Church will officiate. Memorials may be made to Homecare and Hospice or to Interfaith Caregivers. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Rd., Olean.
