Anna L. Gunnells Grove City, Pa. Anna L. Gunnells, 83, recently of the Trinity Living Center in Grove City, formerly of Olean, NY died Thursday (August 29, 2002) in Grove City. Born August 18, 1919 in Ringold, Pa. she was the daughter of James F. and Esther R. Dinger Young. On August 5, 1959 in Salamanca, NY she married Harry G. "Guy" Gunnells who predeceased her October 1, 1991. Mrs. Gunnells worked at the former Hi-Q in Olean and also for Alcas Cutlery. She was a member of the former Showers United Methodist Church. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Surviving are 2 grandsons Mark Eyler of Hawaii and Brian Eyler of Santa Barbara, Ca.; 2 sisters Mary Anderson of Olean and Bernice Young of Brockway, Pa. and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a daughter Mona Jean Eyler in 1973; 3 brothers Harry Young, Paul Young and Clayson Clifford Young and 5 sisters Helen P. Young, Vera Walker, Tina L. Young, Wretha Anderson and Lillie Miller. Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean on Monday from 7-9pm and on Tuesday (September 3, 2002) from 10 until 11am at which time funeral services will be held. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Olean. Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
