Westfield, NY-- Hazel L. Kelley, 87, formerly of Allegany died Friday (May 13, 2005) in Westfield, NY Memorial Hospital.
Born March 2, 1918 in Sherman, NY she was the daughter of George and Susan Kurtz Kelley.
Miss Kelley had worked for !SubCon Industries in Olean and had been a resident of The Waters of Westfield Health Care Facility since 2001.
Surviving are a brother George F. (Elsie) Kelley of Brocton and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
There will be no prior visitation. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service to be held Monday (May 16, 2005) at 10:30am at Sherman Cemetery in Sherman, NY. Rev. Gary Henry, pastor of the West Portland Baptist Church, will officiate. Memorials, if desired, may be made to the West Portland Baptist Church Westfield, NY 14787.
