Obituary of Nancy A. Kelley

NANCY A. KELLEY OLEAN – Nancy A. Kelley of Irving Street, formerly of Tonawanda, NY died Saturday September 24, 2005 at her residence. Born in Huntington PA on January 1, 1930 she was a daughter of Marcus and Grace Blizzard Newell. Mrs. Kelley was actively involved with the American Red Cross. She was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church of Tonawanda and the Senior Group in Tonawanda. Mrs. Kelley had been a resident of the Olean area for three years. She is survived by two sons, Scott Kelley and Ross Kelley; two daughters Ronna Brodie and Roanne Dreyer; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by brothers Louis and Clark Newell and sisters Jean, Peach, Louise and Betty. Friends will be received on Tuesday September 27, 2005 at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Rd., Olean from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral and committal services will be conducted on Wednesday (Sept. 28) at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Rev. James Mitchell, pastor of the Five Mile Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Pennsylvania. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Following the funeral services, friends are invited to the St. Stephen’s Club, 1117 N. Union Street, Olean.
