Obituary of Dorothy L. Thomas

Dorothy L. Thomas Olean – Dorothy L. Thomas, a resident of the Pines Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Olean Campus passed away Saturday December 10, 2005 after a brave fight with breast cancer. Born in Chicago, IL on September 11, 1925 she was a daughter of Roy and Victoria Thomas. Ms. Thomas was employed at Whitso, Inc. in Schiller Park, IL for 30 years prior to her retirement in 1987. She is survived by two daughters Linda (Daniel) Conforti of Round Lake, IL and April !McNeely of Twin Lakes, WI; two sons Lester (Susan) !McNeely of Harmony, FL and Henry (Barbara) !McNeely of Olean; ten grandchildren Keith, Brian, Erin, David, James, Samantha, Jason, Adam, Beth and Fallon and one sister Victoria (Roy) Cohen of Worth, IL. There will be no public visitations. Services will be private. Memorials may be made to the American Breast Cancer Foundation, 1220B Joppa Rd, Suite 332, Baltimore, MD 21286. Arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Rd., Olean.
