Paul K. Dimpfl "Loving husband, father, brother & uncle" Hinsdale – Paul K. Dimpfl of 3485 Route 16 died unexpectedly on Saturday December 24, 2005 at his residence. Born in Buffalo, NY on July 27, 1952 he was a son of Francis ands Gladys Law Dimpfl. On March 15, 1998 in Olean he married Robyn Venable who survives. Mr. Dimpfl served in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Olean and was also a member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He was an avid follower of NASCAR and was a Dale Earnhardt fan. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons Jason Dimpfl, Joshua Dimpfl, both of Gastonia, NC and Carl Dimpfl of Hinsdale; three daughters Angel Dimpfl of Olean, Kimberly Dimpfl of Jamestown and Amy Glunk of Olean; six grandchildren; four brothers Francis (Julia) Dimpfl of Olean, Robert (Joyce Willover) Dimpfl of Randolph, Donald (Marilyn) Dimpfl of Portville and Kevin Dimpfl of Delevan; one sister Barbara (Richard) !McAllister of Michigan; many nieces and nephews and many close friends. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a daughter Nicole Dimpfl in 1989. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Rd., Olean on Thursday December 29, 2005. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday December 30, 2005 at 11:00 AM. Rev. Alan L. Yates, pastor of Central Baptist Church and Rev. David Johnson, former pastor of Calvary Baptist Church will co-officiate. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery, Olean. Memorials may be made to the National Rifle Association or to the Disabled American Veteran's.
