Obituary of Timothy A. Ginnery

Great Valley, NY- Timothy A. Ginnery, 61, formerly of Salamanca, passed away Sunday (February 4, 2024) at the Olean General Hospital. Born April 27, 1962, in Salamanca he was the son of Thomas A. Ginnery and Beverly Chapman Gilman. Tim had his own business as a website designer named NY Country. He was the website designer for Penny’s Law where he was honored to have worked with the Brown family and to have met former senator Kathy Young. Tim was a jack-of-all trades and was able to do a variety of different jobs. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, boating, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, and riding his motorcycle. He will be sorely missed by his beloved cat, Lily Belle. He is survived by his significant other, Peggy Ginnery; his children Dana (Tanya Golden) Jimerson of Salamanca, Dawn ( Leroy Hogle) Chapman of Salamanca, Christopher( Nycole Baxter) Ginnery of Salamanca; his grandchildren Breanna Ginnery, Chantel (Joshua) AuClair, Katlynn Gould, Austin Gates, Logan Myers, Kearian Ginnery, Dana Ginnery, Arianna Ginnery, Michael Ginnery, Brandon Ginnery, and Mckenna Ginnery; his great-grandchildren Sebastian Santurri, Ethan Woodard, and Davina Woodard; his siblings Crystal (Kelly) Graham, Tracy Ginnery, Penny (Doug) Frank, Doug (Jody) Gilman, Mark Gilman, Mary Gilman, Tyson (Gabby Patterson) Ginnery, and Angela (Nellie Goodwill) Sherwood; a daughter-in-law, Michelle Ginnery of Olean; a special cousin Harry (Mary) Ginnery whom he thought of as a brother, a good friend for over 40 years Jim (Tricia Harrison) JohnnyJohn and several nieces, nephews and cousins, including a helpful niece Hayley (Tirell McEntire) Ginnery. He was predeceased by a son Joseph A. Ginnery, a brother Thomas E. Ginnery, and an infant granddaughter Breighlyne. No services are being scheduled at this time. A celebration of life will be held in the Spring. Arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig, and Hartle Funeral Home, Olean.
