Obituary of Rose Ann Lundy

Rose Ann Lundy Olean, NY Rose Ann Lundy, 71, of 350 Front St., passed away Monday (October 17, 2022) at the Olean General Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born September 30, 1951 in Olean, she was the daughter of Robert H. and Alberta J. Clute Cleveland. Rose was a 1969 graduate of Olean High School and worked in dietary services for Olean General Hospital until she moved to Iowa. She enjoyed her close, loving relationship with her daughter and together they watched sports on television, especially baseball games. She also loved to knit and do crossword puzzles. Surviving is her loving daughter Sandra Marie Lundy of Olean; 1 sister Jane (David Beverly) Cleveland Freeman of Auburndale, FL; 1 brother Robert (Sandra) Cleveland of Olean, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother Paul Cleveland on November 4, 2021. A celebration of Rose’s life will be planned for a later date. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, Olean.
