Judith Ann Bennett
Mt. Morris, NY Judith Ann Bennett, 62, of 7870 River Rd. died unexpectedly on Monday (December 31, 2018) at home, after a long illness.
Born January 9, 1956 in Olean she was the daughter of the late Donald and Mary Ellen Long Willover.
Judy was a graduate of Hinsdale Central School, class of 1974. After graduating, she worked a short time at Acme Electric Co. in Allegany. She then moved out of town, where she went to work for Finger Lake Developmental Disability Services, working night shift at Livonia Community Residence and then at Silver Lake Day Treatment. Judy worked there for 29 years, when she became disabled.
She was an uplifting person, always helping others and being there if someone needed her. She was a person whom everyone loved being around.
She is survived by her aunt Joan Long of Olean and all her cousins who loved her and will deeply miss her. She also will be missed by her close friends Teresa and Rich Wagner.
At Judy's request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside memorial will take place at a later date in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Olean.
