Lillian L. Inman
Olean, NY Lillian L. Inman, formerly of W. Riverside Dr and recently of The Pines in Olean passed away Thursday (August 31, 2017) at the Olean General Hospital.
Born February 14, 1922 in Kane, PA she was the daughter of LeRoy and Maude Stanton Paugh. On December 24, 1940 in Olean she married Vincent Inman who predeceased her July 12, 1997.
Mrs. Inman had been employed by the former St. Francis Hospital for a number of years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the former First Free Methodist Church in Allegany, now Creekside Chapel. She enjoyed being a resident of The Pines in recent years and appreciated the kindness shown to her by the staff.
Surviving are a granddaughter Debbie (Martin) Perry of Caton; 2 grandsons Tommy Loop of Hornell and David (Sharon) Inman of Portville; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband she was predeceased by her son James Inman on December 10, 2012; 7 sisters and 7 brothers.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 11am-1pm at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Rd. Olean. Funeral services will begin at 1pm in the funeral home. Rev. Adam Stein, pastor of Creekside Chapel, will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery.
