Maureen A. "Mo" O'Connor

Hinsdale, NY     Maureen A. "Mo" O'Connor of 3625 Route 16N passed away Friday (May 12, 2017) at Olean General Hospital after a long illness.

Born September 8, 1948 in Buffalo she was the daughter of Thomas M. and Myrne E. Volker O'Connor.

Mo was a graduate of Bennett High School.  She used her talents as a graphic artist in the computer lab at Medaille College in Buffalo.  In addition to graphic arts, she enjoyed poetry and she loved animals.

Surviving are 2 sons Keith "Kaley" Stafford of Hinsdale and Steven (Holly) Mead of Olean; a daughter Allison Wright and a brother Michael O'Connor.

Friends are welcome to attend a memorial service to be held Wednesday (May 24, 2017) at 1:30pm at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean.  Rev. Albert Batt, associate pastor of the Southside Union Chapel in Olean will officiate.

Flowers are gratefully declined.  Memorials may be made to the Cattaraugus County SPCA, PO Box 375 Olean, NY 14760.
