Beverly C. French Tasha's "Ging" Allegany – Beverly C. French of the South Nine Mile Road died Friday December 10, 2004 at her residence after a short illness. Born in Olean on May 10, 1928 she was the daughter of Frederick and Grace Adams Betz. On November 29, 1947 in Olean she married Allen J. French who predeceased her February 6, 1987. Mrs. French was a graduate of Olean High School, class of 1946. She was an active member of the Olean Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. She is survived by a son Daniel (Denise) French; two daughters, Lynn (Dan) Moshier and Deborah Sartori, all of Allegany; eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; an aunt Ethel M. Hopkins of Olean; several nieces and nephews including Dona (Clarence) Bosch of Iowa and Ruth (Robert) Jones of South Carolina; a life long sister of the heart Mary Ann Kennedy of Orange, TX. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her stepfather Thinus Jacobsen. There will be no public visitations. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Rd., Olean on Sunday December 12, 2004 at 7:00 PM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
