Obituary of David Holland

Salamanca- David W. Holland of 72 S. Main Street, died Friday August 1, 2014 at the Olean General hospital after a brief illness.
Born May 3, 1955 in Nashville TN, he was the son of Arthur and Nannie Mae Hutchinson Holland. He married Tina Shott, who survives.
Mr. Holland worked for several years at the Seneca Allegany Casino in Salamanca.
Surviving are six children Debora Holland of Jamestown, Christina Holland of Jamestown, Jason Evans of Jamestown, Jennifer Shott of Olean, Kimberly Holland of Olean, Shaun Holland of Olean; 3 grandchildren; five siblings Evelyn Smith-Kovacs, Leona Thomas, Arthur Holland, Helen Sorto, Dorton Holland and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one son David Paul Holland and one sister Patricia Bartlett.
Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 NYS Rte 417W, Olean on Thursday (August 7, 2014) from 11-12pm, at which time funeral services will begin. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery Veterans Field of Honor.
Memorials if desired may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
