Obituary of Clarice Sue

Clarice K. Sue Allegany, NY Clarice K. Sue of 57 N. 3rd St. passed away Thursday (October 24, 2013) at Cuba Memorial Hospital Primary Care Unit after a short illness. Born May 23, 1915 in Allegany she was the daughter of Albert and Katherine Kohl Reitz. She was married to Lloyd Sue who predeceased her May 2, 1994. Mrs. Sue was a resident of Allegany most of her life and enjoyed helping others through volunteer work with Meals On Wheels, Olean General Hospital and the Allegany Historical Society. She had been a longtime member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Olean and in recent years had attended the Allegany Baptist Church. Surviving are three children Helen S. Larson of Allegany, Donald (Connie) Sue of Allegany and Eileen (Robert) Crew of Garner, NC; two grandchildren Mark (Tammy) Sue and Dawn Marlett; four great grandchildren Jeffrey Sue, Johnathan Sue, Kristina Marlett and Alyssia Scull; two great great grandchildren Aubrey Eisenhart and Bentley Russell; one brother Clinton (Maxine) Reitz of N. Hollywood, CA and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by two brothers Glen Reitz and Louis Reitz. There will be no public visitation. Friends are invited to attend a funeral service to be held Monday (October 28, 2013) at 11:00am at the Allegany Baptist Church. Rev. Frank Hayman, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Allegany Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Allegany 60 Plus Club or to the Allegany Historical Association. Arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, Olean. Online condolences may be expressed at oleanfuneralhome.com.
