Obituary of Ulanda Cacciotti

Olean, NY Ulanda Cacciotti of 518 N Fourth St. passed away Tuesday (June 4, 2013) at Olean General Hospital in Olean. Born August 24, 1923 in Olean she was the daughter of Cesare and Mary Karuch Cacciotti. Ms. Cacciotti was a member of St. Mary of the Angels Church. She was a member of St. Mary's and St. John's crocheting groups, as well as Lady's of Charity Alter Society. She was a basketball volunteer at Walsh and Southern Tier Schools. Ulanda was an everyday volunteer at St. Marys School later Southern Tier Catholic. Surviving are two sisters Rose Bresson of Olean, Mary T. Welch of Allegany; one brother Pascal Cacciotti of Amherst; thirteen nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Madeline D. Cacciotti; brothers Sylvester Cacciotti and Cesare Cacciotti, Jr,; brothers in law Charles "Dutch" Welch and Paul Bresson and a sister in law Rose Marie Cacciotti. Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road on Friday from 4-7pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday (June 8, 2013) at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will be at St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Mary of the Angels Church. Online condolences may be expressed at oleanfuneralhome.com.
