Obituary of Patricia Andrews

Patricia A. Andrews Allegany, NY Patricia A. Andrews of 3974 Route 417 passed away unexpectedly Tuesday (April 23, 2013) in her home. Born June 13, 1943 in Buffalo she was the daughter of Stanley E. and Virginia Riley Aldrow. Patricia was a graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School and received her licensed practical nurse degree from the Allegany County BOCES. She worked at AVX, now Olean Advanced Products, for thirty three years prior to her retirement in 2011. She was a fan of professional football, doing crossword puzzles and making trips to the casino. She also enjoyed watching movies at home and for years she loved playing bingo. Surviving are twelve brothers and sisters Diana (Andrew) Norton of Bremerton, WA, Sharon Shull of Ransomville, James (Margaret) Aldrow of Lockport, Rose Aldrow of Cheektowaga, Barbara (Robert) Brookins of Olean, Linda (Bill) Kohler of Rochester, Darlene Negvesky of Niagara Falls, Kathy Aldrow of Niagara Falls, Darryl (Helen) Aldrow of Niagara Falls, Steven (Patty) Aldrow of North Tonawanda, Audrey (Mark) Beasock of North Tonawanda and Jackie (Craig) Amiano of West Palm Beach, Fl and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother Charles Aldrow. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service to be held Saturday (April 27, 2013) at 1:00pm in the First Baptist Church in Olean. Rev. Dan McDowell, pastor, will officiate. Memorials, if desired, may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 315 Alberta Drive Suite 102 Amherst, NY 14226 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
