Olean- Randy L. Capps, of 112 ½ Henley Street, formerly of Clarence, NY, passed away Friday (January 25, 2013) at his home.
He was born April 18, 1954 in Atlanta, GA and was the son of Howard L. and Virginia Johnson Capps.
Randy was a graduate of Clarence High School and received his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Utah.
In 2009, he moved to Olean from Walled Lake, Michigan and enjoyed working at Worth W. Smith Co.
Surviving are his father of Nokomis FL; two sisters Elaine (Ed) Wagner of Olean, Donna Davis of Venice, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his mom.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road, Olean NY 14760.
