Obituary of Gail Fletcher

Hinsdale- Gail A. Fletcher, a long time resident of the Underwood Manor, passed away Monday (July 30, 2012) at the Olean General Hospital, shortly after arrival.
Born May 19, 1939 in Olean, she was the daughter of Clifford and Geneva E. Elderkin Fletcher.
Ms. Fletcher lived in Buffalo for many years before moving back to Olean in 1967, were she did domestic work around the southern tier.
She was a member of the Youth for Christ, the Christian Endeavor and a former member of the First Church of Evans in Derby, NY. She enjoyed singing and crocheting.
She is survived by many cousins; two aunts and one uncle.
Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home on Thursday (August 2, 2012) from 11-1pm, at which time funeral services will begin. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery, Olean.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Olean or to the First Church of Evans Derby NY 14047.
