Skylar Genevieve Gaylor Olean, NY Skylar Genevieve Gaylor, infant daughter of Jennifer Lynn Halbert and Christopher David Gaylor of Olean died Friday (January 20, 2012) in Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. Skylar was born January 4, 2012 in Strong Memorial Hospital where for sixteen days she courageously fought to live. Surviving besides her mother and father are one brother Dominic Stone; one sister Kylee St. Claire; maternal grandparents John and Susan Halbert of Franklinville; maternal great grandparents Dick Howard of Franklinville and Dick and Dawn Frazier of Ellicottville; paternal grandparents Terry Gaylor, Sr. of Olean and Brenda and Ben Villa of Erie, PA; paternal great grandparents Mary Alice Gaylor of Olean and Paula and Ray Pikulski of Sarasota, FL; paternal great great grandmother Genevieve Pikulski of Olean and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Sunday (February 5, 2012) at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral 3128 West State Rd. Olean from 2:00pm until 3:00pm. A memorial service will begin at 3:00pm with Fr. James Vacco, OFM to officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to the Strong Memorial Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit 601 Elmwood Ave. Rochester, NY 14642.
