Frederick W. Hemmerly III
Rochester, NY Frederick W. Hemmerly, III, a native of Olean, died Friday (November 12, 2010) in Rochester, NY.
Born February 5, 1944 in Olean, NY he was the son of Frederick William and Helen Katherine Cords Hemmerly, II.
Mr. Hemmerly was a longtime resident of Rochester and had been employed by Delphi Co., a division of General Motors in Rochester, prior to his retirement.
Surviving are 2 daughters Sandra (Russell) Lee and Gwendolyn "Wendy" Sable; grandchildren David, Robin, Kevin, Sarah, and Cody Fitzgerald; Sisters Joanne (Gary) Deibler, Penny Hemmerly and Beth (Don) McFall; an Aunt Virginia Hemmerly of Olean and several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a son Steven Hemmerly.
There will be no prior visitation. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service to be held Tuesday (November 16, 2010) at 1:00pm in Allegany Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, Olean.
