Julie M. Kellogg Olean, NY Julie M. Kellogg, of Olean, passed away Thursday (November 18, 2021) from a brief illness, surrounded by her loving daughters. Born June 20, 1955 in Olean, she was the daughter of the late Norwood and Mary McCaffrey Hall. Julie was a graduate of Allegany High School and later attended the former St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing where she received her LPN degree. She was first employed as a nurse for St. Francis Hospital and then went on to establish J & S Homecare in Allegany. She also worked for the Cattaraugus County Health Department and most recently, for the Olean General Hospital where she retired in September of this year after 18 years. Julie loved spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, family and friends. She enjoyed planting flowers, crafting, sewing, and cooking. She was also an avid Buffalo Bills fan. Surviving are her 3 daughters Dionna (Chad) Christopher of Butler, PA, Molly (Jason) DeYoe of Olean and Krissy (Josh) Luzier of Fredericksburg, VA. She was loved by her grandchildren Keaton, Aydan, Cooper, Jacob, Ellie, Hunter, Maxx, Tristan and Camden. Friends will be received on Monday from 4-7pm at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Rd., Olean. Funeral services will be privately held on Tuesday (November 23, 2021).
