Mark E. Murray
Olean, NY Mark E Murray, of the Moss Apartments on South Union St., passed away Thursday (March 21, 2019) at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Born October 26, 1952 in Olean he was a son of Otis and Marion Emery Murray.
He was employed at the former Sullivan and Murray Tire Dealer in Olean and later as a milk truck delivery man for Eaton Dairy.
Mark had an inquisitive mind and he enjoyed bowling as well as volunteering as a score keeper for Olean Little League. He was a very avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and of St. Bonaventure basketball.
He is survived by a sister Renee Deibler of Olean; 5 cousins JoAnn (William) Smith of Emporium, PA, Michele (Dennis) Neal of Emporium, PA, Bonnie Baker of Olean and Criss Baker Nunamaker of Bolivar and Terry Baker of NC; a niece Stephanie (Raymond) Ade of Tampa, FL and a nephew Christian (Pam) Grant of Marietta, GA.
Friends may call on Friday (May 17, 2019) from 2-3pm at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Rd. Olean. A memorial service will begin at 3pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Allegany Cemetery.
