She was also a member of the Lady Knights of Columbus, the Red Hats and was the former treasurer of Sixty Plus, all of Allegany. She was a 30 year member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Always one to lend a helping hand, she volunteered for Meals on Wheels for 16 years, and was part of the welcoming effort to new St. Bonaventure University students. She loved to garden and maintain her yard, play ping pong, swim and had a passion for baseball. Most of all she loved her family and was her grandchildren's favorite babysitter. Rosemary leaves behind her loving family of 8 children, Sherry (Samuel) Quattrone, Rosanne (Michael) Capra, Dianne (Ted) Costa, Judy (Kevin) French, Theresa (Ed) Grove, Christine (Christopher) Strade and Robert (Bev) Ryan, all of Allegany and Gary Ryan of Hampton, VA; 25 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
