I’m sad today
Remembering our Laura
Before she was our Queen
She was a Princess
Quick to smile and a friend to all
A beauty inside and out
She leaves us too soon
She is stardust now
Farewell and Godspeed kind gentle soul

To: Laura's Family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. I treasure the time that Laura worked with me, as my Assistant. She was creative, a hard worker, pleasant and an asset to the firm. It was during the time Emily and Molly were growing up, so I followed their activities, vicariously. When Laura moved to Olean, she even arranged her own replacement. Emily. She was good help, too. Very talented. I am happy to have known her. I feel your loss and ask God's blessings to all of you.

I have many fond memories of my Aunt Laura and her wonderful family. She was anyways welcoming, kind and tolerant of me despite the fact that I went to that evil school up north. There were many summer nights filled with ballet dancers on the porch in Mount Vernon. Laura laughed hard at our bad ballet. Laura bandaged my sore feet after many days in a row at Houston area pools. Together with her husband Mark they had two wonderful girls who I was overjoyed to spend time with as a child. I’ll always carry a part of Laura in my heart forever.
