Theo M. Moszak Olean, NY-- Theo M. Moszak, formerly of N. 18th St. died Friday (October 18, 2002) in the Pines Health & Rehabilitation Center, Olean. Born April 25, 1906 in Olean she was the daughter of Frank and Celia Czarlinski Howard. On November 23, 1925 in St. John’s Church in Olean she married Michael P. Moszak who predeceased her June 28, 1966. Mrs. Moszak was a lifelong resident of Olean and was a member of St. Mary of the Angels Church for over 70 years. She was a homemaker and she enjoyed playing cards and traveling. Surviving are 1 daughter Lynn Altiere of Allegany; 2 sons M. Donald (Rhea) Moszak of Allegany and Robert D. (Alicia) Moszak of Pompano Beach, Fl.; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren 1 sister Rosemary Goodemote of St. Petersburg, Fl; a daughter-in-law Jeanne Moszak of Brockport, NY and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by 1 son J. James Moszak in 1997; 2 brothers Bernard Howard and Leonard Howard and 1 sister Martha Smith. There will be no public visitation. Friends are invited to attend a prayer service to be held Monday (October 21, 2002) at 9:30am in the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00am in St. Mary of the Angels Church. Rev. Gregory Dobson, pastor, will be the celebrant. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials, if desired, may be made to St. Mary of the Angels Church or to the Allegany Ambulance Fund.
